"Kathy McKay has been great over the 10 years I've been with her. However, recently to have them cancel roadside service based on 1 claim on one of our vehicles in the 10 years we've been with her is totally crazy. All they want is your money so i don't know that State Farm or their agents will fight to keep you. They fixed my pickup after an accident that was not my fault they were going to total it after spending about $20,000. Talk about crazy. They'll go after the other insurance and get reimbursed. I'm still out the deductible and time lost time from work.
So don't necessarily count on any agent of State Farm to fight for your business. 1 roadside assistance claim caused them to cancel that service total claim was approximately $113."
